Siam Paragon
Siam Paragon is a business card of modern Bangkok. It’s one of the biggest shopping
centers in Asia preparing to celebrate it’s 5th birthday in December. Paragon offers
all kinds of international fashion brands, wide range of specialty stores and restaurants
together with a multiplex movie theater (15 large screens; one of them has the biggest
screen and seating capacity in Asia). If that’s not enough why not visit attractions
like Siam Ocean World - the largest aquarium in South east Asia, an exhibition hall,
the Thai Art Gallery and an opera concert hall?

Siam Square
Siam Square is a shopping and entertainment area in the Siam District of Bangkok, Thailand.
The area connects to other important shopping centres and links to the other shopping
districts by sky bridge, such as Siam Center/Siam Discovery Center, MBK Center,
Siam Paragon, Ratchaprasong shopping district and Sukhumvit.
Aside from chain stores, such as a two-story Watson's pharmacy branch, there
is a myriad of shops and boutiques, selling local designer-label apparel,
jewelry, music and bric a brac. The Bonanza Mall, opposite MBK Center, is
a congested warren of stalls selling discounted fashion items
for teens and university students.

Siam Center / Siam Discovery
Siam Center and Siam Discovery Center are twin shopping malls in Pathum Wan district, Bangkok, Thailand.
Located at the BTS Sky train's Siam Station, the malls are part of a large shopping district being
opposite Siam Square, next to Siam Paragon and adjacent to MBK Center. Both are owned by
Siam Piwat Co. Ltd., which is a part owner of Siam Paragon with The Mall Group. A sky bridge
connects the fourth floor of Siam Center with Siam Discovery.
The latest renovation features a concept of "Magical Glass Box" and gives the
four-story mall a new food court and a market position as a "fashion center"
for teenagers and clothing fashion brand international.

MBK Shopping Center
MBK is an abbreviation from Mahboonkrong. It’s one of the biggest malls
in the Thai capital. There are more than 2500 shops spread along eight
330-metres long floors. It’s a perfect place to shop for mobile phones
and electronics, furniture, cheap clothing (not of a great quality though!)
A wide range of specialty stores and restaurants is also available.
How to get there: Take the BTS to the National Stadium station and walk from there.

The largest outdoor activity square in downtown Bangkok covers an area of 8,000

Bonanza Mall is home to another product of the Siamese people to use services rather well.
That's the price of clothing and accessory in here will be over around Siam Square.
Located across MBK. Walk across the sky bridge on the 2nd/Floor and you will
find yourself in a small and crowded shopping plaza.

Narayana Phand (Narai Phand)
Narayana Phand is a Thai handicraft center run by the government, offering a wide array of
traditional crafts. Prices are fairly high and not negotiable, but clearly marked, so this
is a good place to see what's on offer and find out baseline prices before hitting the markets.
How to get there: Narayana Phand is located in the President Tower Arcade
on the 973 Ploenchit Road, next to the Intercontinental Hotel.
